Our recycling process mainly focuses on various plastics: LDPE, HDPE, PP, PET and EPS.<\/p>\n<p>At the treatment plant in Eisenh\u00fcttenstadt (Brandenburg), we use plastic packaging waste: recycled plastics is complemented by LDPE granulate and rPET regranulate produced at the Liebenau plant and EPS processed at the Aschersleben site.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>LDPE granulate is a high-quality, pure, recycled plastic that we manufacture on behalf of companies in the processing industry.<\/li>\n<li>Recycled EPS has a wide range of applications in various industries: from the manufacture of consumer goods to its use in construction.<\/li>\n<li>Since 2023, we have been using a PET extrusion facility to close the raw material cycle and produce rPET pellets for the food retail recycling process produces <strong>2 types of plastic pellets - Recythen<\/strong><strong>\u00ae <\/strong><strong>and Procyclen<\/strong><strong>\u00ae<\/strong>. The raw materials for its production are obtained from household waste, among which polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) packaging predominates.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"uncode_text_column\" ><p>Procyclen\u00ae is an award-winning recycled material whose properties can be modified over a very wide range. Through reformulation, Procyclen\u00ae manufactured at our facility in Germany, can be used in a wide range of applications. <strong>can be tailored to customer requirements in terms of fluidity, stability, UV resistance, temperature and colouring<\/strong>. In addition, Procyclen\u00ae meets the stringent requirements for plastics used in the manufacture of new products and packaging, and can be used in injection moulding and extrusion
