Any company trading in electrical and electronic equipment, batteries or packaging or packaged products must comply with a number of obligations stipulated by law. Companies may do so themselves or through organisations such as Interzero. Foreign companies may be required to appoint an authorised representative in European countries to fulfil the obligations of placing these products on the market on their behalf.<\/p>\n<\/div>
