In addition, as of 2018, companies can optimise the recyclability of their packaging on the basis of a new, scientifically based method: the "Made for Recycling" quality label, created for recycling. In addition, in 2018, Interzero and Saubermacher AG founded the joint venture SIMPLi RETURN GmbHthe first collection and recycling system for lithium-ion batteries.
2017: Online shop goes live brandused.comA place where used and refurbished IT equipment or new and unused technical products from company sales or warehouses are sold to end customers to give the equipment a second life cycle.
2016Interzero is celebrating 25 years of success. Thanks to the trust placed in us by our national and international customers, we have so far returned 15 million tonnes of used packaging to raw material cycles, thus preserving valuable primary resources.
2011Baumarkt toom paint containers are the first product on the market made from procyclen, a recycled plastic created by Interzero. The material used for the containers consisted almost 100% of plastic waste collected from various recycling systems in Germany.

In the following years, a steady expansion takes place in countries such as Slovenia, Poland, Croatia and Bosnia.
